Greetings In Jesus' name,

      Southern Pines, Pinehurst and surrounding areas have become home for so many people.  It is our hope that in coming here you will set roots, become involved, and discover anew what God would have you do.
     Our Lord has richly blessed all of us to be a blessing for others.  I pray that you would find Southern Pines United Methodist Church to be a place of blessings.
      We gather at the church to grow closer to God, become more faithful through prayer and study, and to become equipped to share beyond the church. Our mission statement gives Jesus the rightful place -- Christ in us; Christ through us!
      You are welcome!  We invite you to join us in the most wonderful adventure known to humankind, which is to follow Jesus.
