Witness Ministries

The mission of the Witness Committee is to encourage and inspire the congregation to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with others, in both word and deed.

To accomplish this goal, the Witness Committee seeks to:

1. Foster friendliness both inside and outside of the church.

2. Sponsor a program of communicating with persons who are first-time visitors at our worship services.

3. Encourage individuals to share their faith openly through personal testimony.

4. Encourage periodic sermons on the importance of sharing our faith.

5. Review talent surveys and pass on the information to the appropriate committee or board the names of persons who would like to share their talents.

By witnessing to our faith in Jesus Christ, our prayer is that others will come to know Christ for themselves and seek to make him known."
