SUNDAY SCHOOL Sunday School is available to all people beginning at three years old and is an opportunity for everyone to gather amongst peers to discuss topics relevant to their life in the present time, and grow in their discipleship. For children, Sunday School classes are designed to keep them engaged so that the lessons are fun but also informative. Children's Sunday School classes are offered based on age. There are several adult Sunday School options. Though each one is unique, each one provides adults with a safe and loving community.

WORSHIP SoPines UMC believes the center point on Sunday is worship. Two in-person worship experiences and a live stream of both services are available. The first service is a 9 AM Contemporary Service. We aim to blend traditional and contemporary worship elements as we invite our congregation and all members of our community to offer new expressions of praise, prayer, and music in worship to God. The 11 AM service is a Traditional Service. We aim to worship the Living God by participating in the historical expressions of the church's liturgy and music. This service stands in the stream of the Wesleyan tradition. Holy Communion is served the first Sunday of each month at both services. YOUTH MINISTRY Youth Group meets on Sundays at 4PM. Opportunities for learning are significant in the life of youth, which is not merely "our future" but is the present. The Youth at SoPines UMC are a vital part of who we are as a church community, and their presence is cherished. As such, they have their own space, where they can be who they are, while learning who God is.

CHILDREN'S MINISTRY Beginning at 8:45 AM each Sunday morning, children from birth to two years are welcome in the nursery. The nursery remains available to parents for their children through the end of the 11 AM worship service. Please click here for nursery information. For children ages three to seven, we offer a worship opportunity designed just for them "Kids' Own Worship".
