The SPUMC Life Group Ministry has a simple purpose: encourage people to connect relationally and grow spiritually in the Christian community. The concept of community is essential to the life of SPUMC. Christian community provides support when we are weak; it is a source of comfort when we are fearful; it challenges us to grow in our faith. If you are looking for a small group of folks who will provide you with support, comfort, and encouragement to grow as a disciple of Jesus Christ, one of our Life Groups may be for you.
Life Groups are in the process of forming now!

At SoPines UMC, there are opportunities for fellowship and study together as adults as well as in groups that are specifically for women and men. These groups are essential for each gender to discuss particular concerns, circumstances, and challenges that are often experienced because of a person's identity as a man or as a woman. Read below to learn more about how to connect with others and contact SPUMC if you have any questions.
SoPines UMC will begin to practice "social distancing" and will suspend all church gatherings until further notice. Click here to read the full statement.
