Palm Sunday
They took palm branches and went out to meet him, shouting, “Hosanna!” “Blessed is the he who comes in the name of the Lord!” ~ John 12:13
Do you know the legend of the donkey’s cross? Legend says that after carrying Jesus triumphantly into Jerusalem he became so saddened by the sight of Jesus on the cross, he turned away yet could not leave him. The shadow of the cross fell upon the donkey's shoulders and back remaining today as a testimony of love and devotion of a humble, little donkey.
